Last Thursday 22 January Francesco dal Cerro CESIE ETS participated in the SPICE project (https://spice-he.eu/) meeting as representant of ClearClimate project.
The next step will be a collaboration to organise a workshop with the title “Before You Believe, Like, or Share — PAUSE & THINK”
A participatory workshop in the form of a card game designed to analyze how disinformation, artificial intelligence systems, and biases influence the way news is produced, presented, and consumed. Through activities in pairs or small groups, students identify signs of bias, automation, and informational manipulation, and reflect on the limits and responsibilities of AI in communication, as well as how these decisions affect the way we understand our environment.
Content cards: headlines, news excerpts, or social media posts (real or simulated), some generated by AI and others by humans.
Verification cards: key clues or guiding questions (Who is saying this? Based on what data? What is missing? What objective might it have?).
