CLEARCLIMATE will participate in two events in the European Researchers Night 2025
The European Researchers’ Night (ERN) is a large, annual public event, organized every last Friday of September across hundreds of European cities. This year it will take place on September 26th. ERN makes research and innovation accessible to the public by bringing citizens and researchers together through entertaining and educational activities. Funded by the EU’s Horizon Europe Programme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, the event aims to show the public how research impacts daily life, encourage young people to pursue research careers, and generally foster a greater understanding and appreciation of science.
CLAEARCLIMATE will be part or the event organise in Barcelona at MUSEO DE LA CIENCIA COSMOCAIXA in two activities. It will be represented by Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. The first is a debate, where Dr Estel·la Oncins, ethical advisor at CLEARCLIMATE, will present its inclusive approach from in the round table “Accessibility as a corner stone of intelligent cities”.
CLEARCLIMATE will also organise a workshop entitled “Let’s build an inclusive city”, where Dr Sarah McDonagh and Professor Pilar Orero will encourage participants to think on how to build an sustainable and inclusive city.
